Education, Conferences and Workshops   
HC21 provides an array of educational offerings that assist members in implementing high quality, value-based health benefits.

Annual Health and Productivity Forum
The Forum, held in Knoxville, is the largest conference of its kind in Tennessee and attracts over 400 health and benefit professionals from the region's leading businesses.  The Forum provides an opportunity to hear from national speakers on topics such as value based benefit design, provider quality as well as national employer case studies that offer innovative ideas and practical tips. 

Annual Member Meetings
Member meetings are held in the Spring and Fall of each year.  Each Spring, HC21 members come together in Nashville to learn about innovations in heatlh care.  In the Fall, HC21 members meet in Chattanooga/Cleveland to discuss hot topics in the realm of health benefits.  Attendees receive valuable resources, knowledge and networking opportunities.

Mentoring & Management Program
HC21's M&M class runs annually from March-January.  Participants in the program gain the ability to measure the impact of better health of their insured populations in their respective organizations. The expectation is that the participant will be able implement health and productivity improvement within their organization.

The College for Value-Based Purchasing of Health Benefits
The College was created to help employee benefit managers meet the growing challenges of providing high quality health benefits and managing rising benefit costs. The College offers a practical, intensive program that focuses on benefits purchasing techniques and skills that emphasize improving the value, quality-cost ratio, and effectiveness of health care services purchased on behalf of employees.

Regional Member Workshops
Small group workshops are available throughout the year to facilitate learning and application of value based purchasing practices.
