The HC21 team strives to improve the health of our community, the health care purchasing process and the health care system. In support of these efforts, HC21 has developed several quality and community initiatives; from assisting employers with benefit renewal strategies to developing chronic care networks that guide employees to better health, HC21 targets key areas that have the potential to greatly change our region.
