AI is not just science fiction anymore – it is part of our daily lives and will soon be one of the most significant drivers of healthcare…for better or for worse. Whether it is for “better” or “worse” could be determined by how employers influence its use to advance high value healthcare. Join us as we learn how to prepare for and meaningfully engage with the continued expansion of AI in healthcare.

Employers will learn about current and future applications, integration with human agents, advances in data analytics, illness management, the patient experience, and the impact on clinical outcomes and quality. Employers will leave with an understanding of how AI is continuing to impact healthcare benefit management, including what employers can do now to shape this disruptive force to improve employee health and health benefit plan performance.
